Track Tool Condition and Maintenance
As a Host, I want to track the condition of my tools and equipment, So that I know when items need repair or replacement.
Acceptance Criteria
Section titled “Acceptance Criteria”- Given I have tools and equipment in my inventory
- When I update an item’s condition
- Then I can:
- Rate condition (excellent, good, fair, poor, broken)
- Add maintenance notes (e.g., “Shaker seal is worn”)
- Set maintenance reminders (e.g., “Sharpen knife monthly”)
- Mark items as needing replacement
- And I can filter inventory by condition
- And I receive alerts for items in poor condition
- And I can track maintenance history
